Setting Up Epson Connect Printer in Windows

Follow these steps to set up Epson Connect for your Epson printer on Windows. Make sure your printer is already connected to your network using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Steps to Set Up Epson Connect

  1. Download and install the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility from the Epson support website.

  2. Read the End-User License Agreement, select Agree, and click Next.

  3. Click Install and wait for the installation to finish. Then click Finish.

  4. Select your Epson printer from the list and click Next.

  5. Choose Printer Registration and click Next.

  6. Select Agree to accept the terms, then click Next.

  7. When the message “Register a printer to Epson Connect” appears, click OK.

  8. If you are creating a new account, enter your details in the Create an Epson Connect Account form and click Finish.

  9. If you already have an account, select I already have an account. Enter your account details in the Add a new printer form and click Add.

  10. Click Close to finish the setup.

  11. To use features such as Scan to Cloud or Remote Print, follow the instructions shown by Epson.

Alternative Registration with Epson Global ID

  1. Turn on your Epson printer and make sure it is connected to the network.

  2. Download and open Epson Connect Printer Setup from the Epson Connect setup page.

  3. The setup tool will search for available printers. Select your printer and click Next.

  4. Select Printer Registration and click Next.

  5. Read and accept the license terms, then click Next.

  6. For a new account, select Register New Epson Global ID. Enter your email address, password, and country, then click Send Verification Email.

  7. Check your email for the verification code. Enter the code and click Verify.

  8. If you already have an account, select Add devices to existing account. Sign in and complete the two-step verification.

  9. After registration is complete, the printer will print a setup information sheet, and you will receive a confirmation email.
